The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.41 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Tittagudi, Kadalur District, and transfer the same to Sub Court, Madurai, Madurai District.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on instruction, he has no objection for allowing the petition. 3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP.No.41 of 2022 from Sub Court, Tittagudi, Kadalur District, to Sub Court, Madurai, Madurai District. The Sub Court, Madurai, Madurai District, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
