O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and adequate police protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament under Floodlight, which is scheduled to be taken place from 23.08.2019 at 07.00 p.m. to 24.08.2019 at 07.00 a.m. at A.Thirumalapuram, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the Kabadi Tournament under Floodlight, which is scheduled to be taken place from 23.08.2019 at 07.00 p.m. to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

24.08.2019 at 07.00 a.m. at A.Thirumalapuram, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner made a representation on 09.08.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
