ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 (i) of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner.
