This petition is filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.93 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.93 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram and the same was not taken on file. 3.In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, is directed to take the case on file, if it is in order, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take further action on the final report filed by the respondent police.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
