CRL MP(MD) No.7051 of 2020 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrendering the petitioner before the Court concerned and for executing the sureties, is extended by fifteen days(15) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further reference to this Court.
