Common Prayer :- To modify the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.3282, 3281 of 2020, dated 16.07.2020 and the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.2318, 2319, 2320, 2317 and 2321 of 2020 on the file of the dt 16.09.2020 directing the petitioner to execute a own bond for a sum of Rs.10000/- and he shall furnish two sureties each(one surety blood surety) for like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and to modify the same directing the petitioner to execute common surety.

COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed modify the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.3282, 3281 of 2020, dated 16.07.2020 and the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.2318, 2319, 2320, 2317 and 2321 of 2020 dt 16.09.2020 directing the petitioner to execute a own bond for a sum of Rs.10000/- and he shall furnish two sureties each(one surety blood surety) for like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and to modify the same directing the petitioner to execute common surety 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

This Court finds no merits in these petitions and the orders dated 16.07.2020 and 16.09.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.3282, 3281 of 2020 and the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.2318, 2319, 2320, 2317 and 2321 of 2020 does not require any modification.
