ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her application dated 03.06.2025 seeking survey of the properties situated in Survey Nos.141/4D, 141/4E, 141/2A, 143/5, 143/6A, 143/6C2, 144/3 in old Patta No.3106, Survey Nos.143/7B, 143/7D in Patta No.3106, Survey Nos.143/6B, 143/7D in Patta No.3094 and Survey Nos.143/1, 145/95 in Patta No.3097 in Madhagupatti Village, Sivagangai Taluk.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.U.Antony Santhosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, she purchased the subject properties from one Baskaran represented by his power agent Sargunam under two sale deeds dated 08.12.2023. Revenue documents for the subject properties stands in the name of the petitioner's vendor Baskaran. The petitioner submitted an online application on 03.06.2025 seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 03.06.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. On perusal of the title documents produced by the petitioner, the petitioner purchased the properties in Survey Nos.143/1, 143/6B, 143/7D and 145/9B. However, she wants to survey the adjacent properties also by submitting this instant application.

6. In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the 3/6

merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 03.06.2025 in application No.2025/ 0123/23/008929 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
