ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Rc.No.21373/2015/AA4 dated 28.08.2015, on the file of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent herein and to quash the same and to stay the operation of the order dated 28.08.2015 passed in RC.No.21373/2015/AA4, on the file of the first respondent herein, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing today, both the parties agreed to have their dispute in respect of the properties solved, before the Distirct Munsif Court, Dindigul pending disposal of the suits in O.S.Nos.444 and 496 of 2008.

3. Recording such statement, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to approach the competent Civil Court to work out their remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
