2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the case in S.C.No.190 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 16.12.2025, and nothing survives in this petition.
