ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue Look Out Circular against the accused in order to prevent the Accused persons Nos.1 to 5 in connection with C.C.No.106 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manaparai, from travelling to abroad. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the member as well as the Secretary of Society namely, 'Manaparai Naidu, Mahajana Sangam'. The accused persons 1 to 5 claiming right over the property by submitting the forged documents with forged signature before the District Registrar, Trichy. Thereby, the petitioner made a complaint before the third respondent and the third respondent registered a case in Crime No.464 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 379, 420, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC.

After investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.106 of 2018. Thereafter, the accused persons made all attempt to drag the trial. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file a appropriate petition before the trial Court for early disposal of the case.

4. Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the trial Court for the disposal of the case at the earliest.
