PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.601 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.5 herein, who was arrested on 04.09.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.601 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.This is the fifth bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that each and every 1/3

month the petitioner has filed bail applications. Earlier bail applications have been dismissed by this Court by the orders dated 10.11.2022, 04.01.2023, 20.03.2023 and on 17.04.2023. Further he would submit that along with the contraband, the petitioner was arrested. On that ground, the earlier applications were dismissed. He would further submit that the contraband was recovered from this petitioner only. He would further submit that after completing the investigation final report has been filed before the Special Court, Pudukottai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.90 of 2023.
