ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the private respondents. 2.At the time of hearing, it was mentioned that the 4th respondent has also passed away pending disposal of the present writ petition. Since the writ petition has been filed only for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order of the 1st respondent dated 28.11.2018, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the aforesaid order of the 1st respondent dated 28.11.2018 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.18182 of 2019 period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Considering the fact that the 4th respondent has passed away, appropriate notice shall also be issued to the legal heirs of the 4th respondent before passing such orders.

3.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observation. No costs.
