This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation before the first and second respondents on 12.07.2022 to provide necessary Police protection. However, the same has not been considered till date, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4. This Court perused the representation. On perusal of the same, it is revealed that the dispute is purely civil in nature, this Court 2/4

cannot grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court for getting remedy.
