ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey, demarcate and to subdivide the petitioner's land located in S.F.No.12/1AY, 12/1AU, 12/1AV, 12/1AW, 12/1BO, 12/1AZ at Sethurappatti Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation dated 20.04.2022 and 08.05.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submits that based on the petitioner's application, survey has already been conducted, however, for subdivision of the property, the petitioner has to submit an application through on-line and if any such application is submitted by the 2/4

petitioner through on-line, it would be considered within a reasonable time.
