i.e., 15.05.2018 as per the amendment made to the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service following the ratio 1:2 and also the concept of Panel Year and not the Calendar Year and arrange to include the petitioner's name in the approved list of Deputy Tahsildar of the year 2018 according to the interse seniority list to be prepared as early as possible and thus help her since she is due to retire on 31.10.2022 on attaining the age of superannuation, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant seeking a mandamus as against the respondents 1 and 2 to include her name for the post of approved list the Deputy Tahsildars of the year 2018. However, the petitioner had attained superannuation on 31.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated letter to the Registry, seeking to close the writ petition. 2/4
