Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is none other than the legal heir of the plaintiff in O.S.No.131 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli. Merely because the original plaintiff passed away, that cannot come in the way the legal heir from seeking registration of the judgment and decree.

3.In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to present the petition mentioned judgment and decree before the respondent. The respondent shall register the same subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.

4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
