ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order passed by the Sub Court, Mudukulathur in I.A.No.8/2025 in H.M.O.P.No.19/2024 dated 05.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 05.04.2025, the petitioner would be satisfied if 1/4

a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of HMOP No.19/2024 at the earliest. The learned counsel would also submit that pursuant to the interim maintenance order, the petitioner has paid the interim maintenance amount. The said submission is recorded.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to dispose of HMOP No.19/2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the petitioner shall pay the interim maintenance ordered by the trial Court. No costs.

Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
