... Respondent/Respondent PRAYER :- PETITION Under Sec.439(1)(B) of Cr.P.C filed to set aside the same and relax the Anticipatory Bail conditions in Crl MP No.3343/2023 dated 03-07-2023 order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.3343 of 2023, dated 03-07-2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, which was filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2900 of 2023, dated 12.06.2023, in which, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying the condition till 20.06.2023. Now the petitioners could not comply the condition. Hence, prays to modify the same. 3.Considering the nature of offence and reasons aforementioned, the order passed in Crl.M.P.3343 of 2023, dated 03.07.2023 is hereby set aside and the condition No.

(ii) imposed in Crl.MP.No.2900/2023, dated 12.06.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, is hereby relaxed in toto. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
