This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.02.2016 and grant permission to conduct the awareness campaign between 15.02.2016 to 18.02.2016 at 3.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m at various part of Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2016 taking into consideration the capacity to conduct the awareness campaign and all other relevant factors and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably on or before 17.02.2016. In the event of the authorities deciding to give permission, the same should include the necessary conditions. No costs. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
