Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner sought legal assistance to represent him in the disciplinary proceedings. It is stated that disciplinary enquiry itself was already over and the enquiry report has also been submitted. Second show cause notice has also been issued. The matter has become infructuous.

3. Leaving open the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
