ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous petitioner has been filed seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thenkasi, to be transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife had contended that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner is residing at Madurai along with her parents and she finds it difficult to travel to Thenkasi for every hearing. Hence, the present transfer civil revision petition is filed.
3. Though notice has been served upon the respondent/husband, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thenkasi, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 14.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk To 1.The Principal Subordinate Judge, Thenkasi.
