ORDER

Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent herein to take criminal action against the respondents 4 and 5, besides recovery of original documents pertaining to B-2 Shop Gandhi Daily Vegetable Market, Dindigul and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the Shop No.B2 in Gandhi Daily Vegetable Market, Dindigul as per the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.04.2026 and as per acknowledgement of original documents received on 06.08.2021 from the petitioner by 4th respondent as per notice of meeting dated 22.07.2021 issued by 1st respondent, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, current paper enquiry is 2/4

pending and the enquiry is scheduled to be conducted on 20.06.2026.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
