This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to compel the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.13 Lakhs in favour of the second respondent on or before 30.01.2021 on the basis of the complaint of the second respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 27.11.2020. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the petitioner's apprehension to pay the money does not arise.
