CMP(MD). No.7652 of 2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and I have also perused paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

2. The petitioners / appellants have satisfactorily explained and substantiated the reasons for filing the present application seeking acceptance of the amended cause title. In view of the fact that the 4th petitioner / appellant has attained the age of majority, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents if this application is allowed.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title, print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list, and list the matter on 25.06.2026 for admission.
