This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to prevent the fourth respondent from taking power lane on the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.76/1C, 76/1E and 77/1B in Patta No.138 in Rajapudhukudi Village, Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4
