2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 9713/2019 dated 12.07.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that petitioners 1 to 3 have complied with the condition from 08.08.2019 without any deviation and the fourth petitioner has not complied with the condition even for a single day.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners 1 to 3 are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 9713/2019 dated 12.07.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners 1 to 3 shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation. Insofar as the fourth petitioner is concerned, since he has not complied with the condition even for a single day, this petition is dismissed against him.
