ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner's husband, dated 17.07.2021 before the first respondent. 2.Heard Mr.D.Balamurugapandi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Tamil Mani, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the present Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at admission stage. 3.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions either in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition or in the memorandum of appeal filed by the petitioner's husband before the first respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following direction:
3.1.The first respondent is directed to see that the appeal filed by the petitioner's husband is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable period.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
