When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2018 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.70 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikanal. After trial the accused was acquitted, on 16.08.2022.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
