Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records, connected with the Detention Order of the second respondent in Detention Order in P.D.No. 86/2022 dated 17.07.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's brother namely, Sachithanantham, S/o.Ramanathan, Male, aged about 56 years, now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
