ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property vide sale deed dated 12.06.2019. Copy of the sale deed has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. It is seen therefrom that a piece of land was purchased. However, the petitioner was issued only with joint patta along with number of other persons. The petitioner therefore seeks sub division and issuance of separate patta.

3.The petitioner is permitted to make another application before the third respondent and remit necessary charges. The third respondent shall entertain the application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the other co-pattadhars. This exercise shall be completed by the third respondent within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
