This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.106 of 1/4

2021 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the final report was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.2 of 2023. He further submits that the case is now posted for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3 on 23.09.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
