Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12104 of 2021 dated 26.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some health issues, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12104 of 2021.
