ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.180 of 2019, pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, in a speedy manner within a time fame as fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners herein filed a suit in O.S.No.180 of 2019 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, against the respondents seeking recovery of possession. He would further submit that the suit is pending from the year 2019. Hence, he requests before this Court to dispose of the said suit within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.180 of 2019 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
