ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court in WP(MD).No.26794 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 wherein this Court has directed the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from the date of initial appointment. Orders have been passed granting approval from the date of deployment i.e. from 07.08.2023. Challenging the order of the writ Court, WA(MD).No.2503 of 2025 has been filed by the department and an interim order has been granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 29.08.2025.

2.In view of the interim order, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to review the contempt petition depending upon the outcome of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench. Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court, the contemnor is present. Further appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with. No costs.
