PRAYER :- To Modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order dated 06.08.2019 passed in Crl.O.P No. 11052/2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No. 11052/2019 dated 06.08.2019

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 06.08.2019 with a condition to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has two school going childrens and he is a farmer. Hence he is unable to stay at Vellore and comply with the conditions. Therefore he prays to modify the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No. 11052/2019 dated 06.08.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m once is 15 days until further orders.
