ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the complainant in C.C.No.707 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.

2. It could be seen from the records that the case is posted for the evidence from May 2025 onwards. However, due to non service of summons upon the list witnesses, the trial Court not commence. The Diary extracts further reveal that from 30.04.2026 it has been adjourned to 11.09.2026. Aggrieved over the long adjournment granted by the trial Court, the present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the case.
3. According to the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, they would take steps to serve the summons upon the list witnesses and they would mark the list witnesses on the next date of hearing.
4. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.707 of 2022 on or before 31.01.2027.

5. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
