ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the respondent to fix the petitioner's shop rent on par with one Annarajan's shop and to remove the unauthorized

shops situated near by the petitioner's shop based on his representation dated 14.07.2022."

2. The petitioner has submitted an application on 14.07.2022 seeking withdrawal of the proceedings dated 16.09.2021 directing him to vacate his shop, for removal of unauthorized shops adjacent to his premises, and for fixation of rent for his shop on par with that of Mr. Annarajan. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.07.2022 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and all the interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
