2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order dated 19.04.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.16665 of 2020, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 16.09.2023, issued by the respondent.
