ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 22769 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the contemnor / respondent is present before this Court.

3. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the contemnor filed a typed set of papers enclosing the copies of requisition sent by the respondent police to the Passport Authority, particulars furnished by the Passport Authority, requisition of the respondent police to the Commissioner of Police to issue lookout circular and copy of the letter of the Commissioner of Police to the Assistant Director of Immigration.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that lookout circular was already issued and the same was communicated to the respondent police. 2/4
