ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.12.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of the road that has been laid in the Patta land in Survey No.45/75, Plot No.68, Prahathambal Nagar, Pudukkottai North Village, Pudukkottai Town and District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been considered and that the second respondent will respond to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. Considering the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner on 04.12.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
