(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 24.12.2008, 29.07.2009 and 04.09.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court and to verify the genuineness of the Community Certificate, dated 24.12.1976 of the second respondent.

2.Heard Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 24.12.2008, 29.07.2009 and 04.09.2019, in the matter of verification of the Community Certificate dated 24.12.2008 issued in favour of the second respondent, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
