Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The private respondents are said to have filed an appeal before the second respondent. The petitioner is figuring as respondent in the said appeal. He wants the copies of the appeal memorandum.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is dircted to serve a copy of the appeal memorandum filed by the private respondents to the writ petitioner herin forthwith and without any delay. The enquiry itself shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting all the interested parties on notice. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
