Thereafter, they have filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3550 of 2022, before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was allowed on 23.02.2022. CRL OP(MD). No.14563 of 2022 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) submits that petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against these petitioners so far.

3.Since no case has been registered against these petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future.
