The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner/accused on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent Police in connection with Crime No.104 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the matter. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
