PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the second educational scholarship of Rs.5500/- as well as the third year higher educational hostel loanof Rs.7500/- to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2015.

ORDER

Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the second educational scholarship of Rs.5500/- as well as the third year higher educational hostel loan of Rs.7500/- to the petitioner within the stipulated time stipulated as fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2015.

3. It is seen that seeking for such relief, the petitioner had already made a representation on 23.10.2015 before the respondents and the said representation is said to be pending. Therefore, without expressing any view on the matter, I only direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
