Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.Though this Writ Petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the order dated 08.12.2015 passed in Na.Ka.No.175-1/2015/A1 by the second respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted the relief for issuing a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent would
consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
