ORDER

The present Writ Petition is against the Tamil Nadu Aids Control Society, which is a Co-operative Society. 2.The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, in the case of S.Francis Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu in WA.No.1895 of 2009 dated 19.10.2010 had held that the Writ Petition against the Tamil Nadu Aids Control Society is not maintainable and accordingly, dismissed the Writ Petition. This was also followed in a subsequent decision in the case of Tamil Nadu State Aids Control Society vs. M.Fathima Begum and others reported in 2017 SCC OnLine Mad 20996. 3.Hence, the present Writ Petition, which is also against the Tamil Nadu Aids Control Society, cannot be maintained.
