The petitioner has made a representation dated 24.10.2020 to the first respondent making certain allegations against the third respondent, in his conduct and functioning as a President of the Panchayat. It appears that the petitioner is also a Ward Member of the Panchayat.

Inasmuch as the first respondent / District Collector, who is the Inspector of Panchayat and before whom, a complaint has been made, we call upon the said authority to look into the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
