ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct fair and impartial investigation and to file final report in Crime No.19 of 2020, dated 09.03.2020 within the time as specified by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.19 of 2020 which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 465, 466 and 471 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after lapse of one and a half year, the investigation has not been completed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that so far most of the witnesses have been examined and their statements were recorded and investigation will be completed within short time and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14807 of 2021 to the respondents to complete the investigation and file a find report within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
