ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintaining by the respondent No.4 against the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is working as an Advocate Clerk and false case has been foisted against him for several times such as S.C.No.172/2014, S.C.No.134/2018, S.C.No.250/2018, C.C.No.16/2016, C.C.No.16/2014, C.C.No.97/2018 and the petitioner is facing trial in a proper manner. Based upon the above history sheet has been opened against him. Seeking removal of his name from the history sheet, he made a representation to the respondent police. Since there is no action, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is involved in 15 cases. Out of which 9 cases are now pending and 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings have also been initiated. According to him because of the conduct of the petitioner, history sheet has been opened.

4.Since the representation made and pending before the first respondent, let the same to be decided by the first respondent herein on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
